Winter Solstice Series: Homecoming Workshop (1)

We invite you to a warming wellness experience this winter.

Building on the success and positive feedback of our previous weekend workshops, Paul and Jemma are hosting a special event in the lead-up to the Winter Solstice. Our Winter Solstice Series is a selection of events that are founded on the values of care, calmness and generosity.

The festive season takes a lot of our time and energy, whether finishing-off work, preparing for school holidays, gift shopping and more… Now more than ever it’s important we each carve out time for ourselves, for restoring and caring for ourselves, so that we can be there for others.

This Homecoming Workshop is designed for you to recharge yourself.

What we’ll do:

/ Honouring the Winter Solstice

/ Meditative journeys

/ Yoga Nidra

/ Sensorial exploration

/ Ceremony with cacao and winter spices

/ Gong bath and sound medicine

What you’ll get:

/ A retreat inwards, away from the noisy outside

/ Calming, relaxing and restorative experiences

/ An exploration of the Self, and your needs this season

/ A rebalancing of your energy

/ Nourishment in the form of flavours, story and sound

/ A chance to connect with like-spirited people

Bringing together sensory immersion, meditation and breathwork, these two days will help you to press pause and go inward, escaping away from the busyness and bustling of the festive period.

This time round we are asking for a small fee in order to secure your spot and avoid cancellations. This is £20 per person. We will also kindly invite donations on the day as before, and we will be donating a percentage of the total sum to a local charity/school (tbd).
